Delivery Information

Delivery usually takes place within 3-10 working days. To confirm an accurate lead time for a product or book a next day delivery, please contact a member of our sales team. Once you have placed your order, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date before attempting to deliver.

Our 'Standard Delivery' is a one man kerbside delivery service, which includes offloading the crate/s from the vehicle via tail-lift and maneuvering the crate/s to a hard standing level area (kerbside, or driveway constructed from tarmac, block paving or concrete) using a manual pallet trolley. The driver may require assistance offloading, please have someone on site to assist if necessary. Unfortunately our drivers are unable to deliver on to a gravel drive or sloping surface. Single orders of the smallest items will be delivered by Courier.

In each case the website www.nustone.co.uk will automatically indicate the most appropriate delivery method, based on your planned purchase.

Specified Delivery - We are able to offer a Specified Delivery Service where orders can be delivered to you on a chosen day and time. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Express Next Day Delivery - We are able to offer an Express Next Day Delivery Service on in stock items where orders can be delivered to you the following day. Please contact our sales team for more information.

We endeavour to give as much information as possible in respect to weight and size of our products, however, please contact our sales team if you are unsure.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly by contacting us on 0845 459 4040. So we have all the relevant information please follow your call up with written confirmation via email to sales@nustone.co.uk

Important Information

The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Once you have confirmed a delivery date this can not be changed and delivery must be accepted on the date specified. It is essential that someone is available to receive delivery, if you miss your delivery you will be charged for the costs incurred, this is typically the original cost of delivery. Please advise the courier of any constraints which may restrict access to your property.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you should find any problem with your order or even have suspicion of damages , please clearly sign for the goods as "Unchecked for damages", "Damages Received" If the delivery note is not signed for as Unchecked for damages", "Damages Received" we are unable to arrange replacements. Please contact our customer services team by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify them of any problems.

When ordering your materials it is important to allow 10% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential breakages, usually between 5-10% breakages are acceptable. Subject to signing the delivery note as "Unchecked For Damages", you have 7 working days from the date of delivery in which to report full details of any damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact in writing with photos by way of an email to sales@nustone.co.uk.

It is advisable that the person accepting delivery is able to help the driver as assistance may be needed to help unload. Please arrange for contractors or labour to be available to assist the driver for large orders.

Please bear in mind delivery times or dates may vary subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control such as unforeseen delays, extreme weather conditions or traffic. In this case, you will be informed and there will be no additional charge to you.

Delivery Company Disclaimer

Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress. Please therefore take care to cover any surfaces and remove items from the delivery area.
