Terms and Conditions



1. Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us nustone.co.uk you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.

2. How to place an order

You can place an order via our website www.nustone.co.uk following the instructions provided or by contacting us on: 0845 459 4040.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs (or next working day) with details of your order and further information.

nustone.co.uk will store your data securely and it will not be passed to any third parties.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the UK and parts of Europe. If you live further afield we may be able to deliver to a port or shipment company. Please email our sales team for further details sales@nustone.co.uk.

Whilst we make every endeavor to adhere to delivery times, unfortunately nustone.co.uk cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery beyond our control. We can not take responsibility for builders or workmen who may be held up due to delayed deliveries.

4. Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. We do require details of your wish to cancel in writing either by email to info@nustone.co.uk or by post to Nustone Products Limited, Unit 13, Burma Drive, Hull, HU9 5SD. We aim to respond within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation and details of the refund due. There is no particular requirement to give a reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you do cancel your order due to it being simply unsuitable or no longer needed there will be a collection charge (typically the same as the original delivery charge). Please note that if you refuse the delivery in these circumstances the charge still applies.

If you wish to return the goods at your own cost please contact our customer services team on 0845 459 4040 to discuss this further.

Alternatively we can arrange the collection for you, there will be a charge for this service (typically the same as the original delivery charge). Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage in transit.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and these result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Special Order items

A "special order" is any order that has been personalised to your specification by altering the original product, or a non-stock item that has been ordered by us from our suppliers on your behalf. If you wish to cancel an order for a special item you will be liable for the cost incurred by nustone.co.uk up to the point to which you have informed us. This will typically be the cost of manufacture that we have been liable for and any delivery costs that have been incurred in relation to this order. Nustone does not accept any responsibilty for errors in production of non-stock items by third party manufacturers.

5. Faulty Goods

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you should find any problem with your order, please contact our customer services team by email or phone. When ordering your materials it is important to allow 10% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential breakages (1-3%). You have 14 days from date of delivery in which to report any missing or damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact in writing with photos by way of an email to info@nustone.co.uk.

We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on our website, however, as our products are produced from natural stone, each batch is unique making it difficult to guarantee complete accuracy of the descriptions, images or photographs that are shown.
