- Why are your prices so low?

Nustone prides itself on offering the finest quality products at the lowest prices possible. Our ability to import large quantities, store products strategically, keep overheads low and use the most economic methods of delivery, allows us to offer the most competitive prices available.
- I want to place an order, when will my delivery arrive?

Usually within 3 -10 working days an express next day service is available for some products. To confirm an accurate lead time for a product or book a next day delivery, please contact a member of our sales team. Once you have placed your order, our courier will contact you to discuss your delivery requirements before attempting to deliver.
- What happens if I discover breakages?

Our products are imported and shipped direct to the end user avoiding excessive handling that results in damages. When ordering your materials it is important to allow 10% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential breakages (1-5%). In the very rare case that you do receive damages and they exceed 1-3% of the quantity ordered, please report this as soon as possible, kindly make a note of the problem when signing for your goods and take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. - Is the material of poor quality?

Our products are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers, we guarantee the best quality material. At Nustone, we understand the importance of quality, a patio, floor, or driveway constructed in our materials will probably last a lifetime.
- Do I have to order full packs?

No. We can supply the quantity of paving or tiles (m²) you require, we are unable to specify sizes. Orders for a specific quantity of tiles or paving can only be made by phone. If your requirements are less than a full pack there will be a £10 handling charge. We recommend you always allow up to 10% extra for cutting.
- What happens if I discover after ordering that the product is out of stock?
A member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. We will offer you a full refund or confirm an estimated time of availability.
- Do you have a showroom?
Who needs an expensive showroom? We are a UK-based internet retailer, offering high quality natural stone products at the lowest possible prices. You can shop with us 24 hours a day, from the comfort of your home or place of work. The easy, fast and affordable way to order beautiful stone products for your project.
- Do you have a brochure?
To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not produce brochures. All product information is shown on our website which is updated on a regular basis. Please feel free to contact us with any query however big or small and we will will be happy to help.
- Where do you source your stone from?
Our stone products are ethically sourced from several locations around the world.
- Do you supply samples?
Yes, we have samples available for most of our products. There is a £3.50 charge to cover postage and packaging, please contact our sales office on 0845 459 4040 to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.
- How do I cancel or return my item?
